Artwork

Do you offer design services?

Yes. If you need our art department to design and create artwork for your project, please provide a thumbnail sketch with measurements and any specific mechanical requirements like holes, cutouts or windows to your customer service rep or to: info@NameplatesForIndustry.com

How do I provide artwork/graphics?

Before you send electronic art files, review our Art Guidelines. Additional FAQ’s can help you design and submit your artwork.

What kind of artwork files can I use?

We accept both Windows and Macintosh files and can use EPS files created with vector programs like Illustrator and Freehand. We prefer that you not provide JPEG files for your artwork since the color compression in JPEGs often degrades the quality of the image. Vector artwork that is created with Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw is preferable. Please try to obtain original vector artwork for logos and graphics before placing your order to avoid delays. For more information see: Art Guidelines.

Can I send you documents created in MS Word or PowerPoint?

We cannot accept artwork in Microsoft software such as Word, Powerpoint, Publisher, Microsoft Visio or Paintshop Pro. If you’re not sure about your artwork, send it along to our art department for evaluation via e-mail at art@NameplatesForIndustry.com. We invite you to e-mail your designs for prompt quotation and review. For more information see: Art Guidelines.

Do you have templates to help me design my project?

We offer standard background choices along with a large variety of typefaces. If you need our art department to design and create artwork for your project please provide a thumbnail sketch along with measurements and mechanical requirements like holes, cutouts and windows to: info@NameplatesForIndustry.com.
