When you call NFI, you may hear us talk about “D-to-D.” Our Design-to-Delivery system ensures we stay focused on quality, at every step in the process. This means you can rely on us for skilled design and prepress production, exceptional service, a wide range of graphic solutions, and on-time delivery with flexible inventory management options.

1. Design Studio

At this initial step in your project, it’s vital to get it right. In fact, our customers tell us this is a key reason they choose NFI. First, we have a large team of skilled, in-house designers who are dedicated to the design and pre-press process. (Your project is never outsourced.) Second, our experts work with you to select the right material, adhesive, and more to achieve the perfect label. Third, thanks to our D-to-D quality system, we have created a fast, efficient process for you to upload files, review proofs, and approve final art files.

Much care and skill is invested at the beginning of every project to ensure accuracy. In fact, our in-house designers pride themselves on providing expertise in design AND engineering. By focusing on your specific needs, applicable quality standards, and engineering considerations – as well as an attractive design – at the front-end of your project, our Design Studio will ensure the final product meets your specs and exceeds your expectations. 4. On-time delivery with flexible inventory management options

We monitor our delivery track record, and we’re proud that NFI continually achieves 99% on-time delivery. What does this mean for you? We’ll meet your deadline. Period. Plus, we can expedite projects, so you can meet those rushed deadlines.

When it comes to packaging, shipping, and Vendor inventory management (VMI), NFI is flexible and takes all inventory risks. This enables you to efficiently manage your budget and supply chain. Options include:

• Variety of packaging and shipping options, including FOB shipping point

• Build and hold/build and ship

• Scheduled inventory (split shipments and release times)

• KanBan (global purchase order with no release date)

• Blanket purchase order, with Annual Estimated Usage (AEU)

• Contract pricing (long-term bids with guaranteed pricing)
